<3 SKIRT FEATURES: Each are Lined. Flat front waist band ( no elastic for a classy look) the back features an elastic gathered band that stretches and has an invisible zipper on the side and tie string. Every skirt fits all hips, what matters is to get your waist measurements and look at the chart in the photos! 

These Maxi skirts will only be offered as a made to order due to how much fabric it takes to make one and the materials used. Each skirt ethically handmade/hand dyed i.n small batches and sustainably sourced Pakistan of about 8 Meters (8..7 Yards) of Organic Peace Silk which is about $25 per meter/yard.

WHAT IS ORGANIC MATKA PEACE SILK?

Produced without harming or killing the silk worms., the worms pierce the cocoons themselves and are able to continue there metamorphosis into moths where they will live out the rest of there lives. which is like 42-56 days.

This fabric is made on a very small scale as a cottage industry in Pakistan, and its production supports a wide community of rural silk farmers (usually women), spinners (women) and weavers (women & men).

Organic Peace silk AKA Ahisma, Matka silk is a more humane and sustainable way of making silk which are made in small batches., it produces high-quality silk thread without the use of harmful chemical, pesticides and fungicides in any step of the production. The production takes longer and is more labour intensive. This process length and has not been commercialized.
